Huguenot River Cruise

Impacts on Faith - The Hugenots

Enjoy a relaxing river cruise down the Rhone in France with your church group, focusing on the history of the Protestant struggles.  Visit the Desert Museum in Cevannes which focuses on the Camisards and Huguenots.  Lyon, known for its Calvinism, is rich in Christian and Roman history.  The city was seized by the French Protestant Huguenots.  While taking in the vibrant scenery of Burgundy, Aix-en-Provence, and ending on the sunny French Riviera, this experience teaches the impact French Protestants made on our Christian faith.

Following in the Footsteps of the Apostle Paul

Paul's Catacombs MaltaExperience Paul's missionary journeys starting in Athens. Visit the Bema seat at Corinth, the site where Paul stays for 18 months and writes 1 and 2 Thessalonians, see the Acropolis, visit Mars Hill where Paul spoke, then cruise to Patmos and visit John's Cave, and continue to Ephesus where Paul stayed for two years on his third journey and wrote 1 Corinthians and possibly Galations. Extend your journey into Turkey and visit the Seven Churches of the Revelation, or extend from Athens to northern destinations of Delphi, Meteora, and Thessalonica.  Do a pre-tour from Rome and visit St. Peter in Chains, the Mamertine Prison where Paul was imprisoned, and the Vatican.  Some very unique cruise itineraries can be customized to incorporate Paul's Catacombs and church on the Island of Malta.

Aswan Egypt 2Moses and the Exodus

Start your visit at Sharm el Sheikh, hike to St. Catherine's and experience an early sunrise at Mt. Sinai. Stay overnight in the desert with Bedouins, traveling by camel or 4WD vehicle, snorkel or dive world famous sites in the Red Sea and find chariot wheels believed to be evidence of the Exodus.  Cross the land bridge stopping at Saqqara's pyramids and the ancient capital of Memphis where recently a tomb was found where Moses worshiped.  Mystery and intrigue captivate the hearts of those who visit the temples and tombs along the Nile River.  See the Cairo Museum where the treasures of Tutankhamen's tomb are on display and your private Egyptologist will read the heiroglyphs relating the journey of the Israelites across the Red Sea and the drowning of King Ramses. See Ramses mummy in the Mummy's Room where historians say salt water was discovered in his lungs.  Do not miss the opportunity to explore the extremely narrow, steep-angled passageway to the Queen's room inside the Pyramid of Cheops and visit the great Sphynx.  Add a brief stop at the temples of Abu Simbel , said to be one of the most magnificent sites in the world.  Learn how the great obelisks were built at Aswan; take a carriage ride and shop for saffron, pepper, cinnamon and indigo; and see where the impressive Philae Temple was reassembled nearby to make room for the High Dam.  Visit Elephantine Island's many layers of history, yet to be uncovered, that may someday reveal evidence of where some believe the Ark of the Covenant once passed.  With over 120 floating hotels along the Nile, enjoy cruising the passage late at night  through Esna Locks.  Tour the temples along the Nile at Kom Ombo, majestic Luxor and Karnak, visit the labyrinth of colorful tombs in the Valley of the Kings and the Queen and have your private Egyptologist read the hieroglyphs from ancient Egypt.
